Our community provides a space for personal and professional growth whiles forging authentic friendships. These friendships in turn provides a space for support and accountability.

Being a man is a formative work of learning, unlearning and relearning through our highs and lows, our failures and successes, our joys and pains.

GQM Seminar

The annual Seminar equips men with evident based resources, wisdom, experiences and carefully selected keynote speakers to energise our professional, personal and leadership growth.
